Lee Winter one of my top ten lesfic authors (https://lezreviewbooks.com/my-top-tens/). This is a short sequel of her acclaimed book Requiem for immortals which I recommend you to read if you haven’t already. This book catches up with the lives of Natalya (alias Requiem) and Alison, five years after their first meeting. Ms. Winter had a big challenge in writing a sequel of such an original story and to keep the reader’s interest. Once again, she didn’t disappoint and delivered a top notch story. Despite its short length, she even manages to introduce a twist or two.

Highly recommended after if have read Requiem for immortals. 5 stars.
