A good lesbian cops and docs book

Review of ‘Line of duty’ by V.K. Powell I’m usually a stickler for reading books in order but haven’t had the chance to read the first two of this series yet. Seeing how this is the third in a series, I was a little concerned about that going in, but it ended up not mattering […]
A very good lesbian police procedural audiobook

Review of ‘The doll maker’ by Claire Highton-Stevenson, Audiobook narrated by Fiona Thraille Detective Inspector Sophie Whitton is after a serial killer dubbed ‘The doll maker’ who is terrorising people with his gruesome murders. As she gets obsessively focused on the investigation, she risks losing her longtime partner and her own sanity. This is a […]
A very enjoyable lesbian feel-good romance book

Review of ‘The roommate arrangement’ by Jae Stephanie Renshaw is a comedian hoping to get a big break in LA. When she finds an ideal apartment to rent close to the comedy clubs, she jumps at the opportunity. There’s only a catch, the landlords only rent to couples. Stephanie is eternally single but a fake […]
A light and entertaining lesbian romance intrigue audiobook

Review of ‘Little lies’ by Lila Bruce, Audiobook narrated by Tia Rider Sorensen FBI Special Agent Dylan McKenzie needs to locate missing accountant Steven Horton who is a potential witness to bring down the Giametta Crime Family. Dylan and her team are assigned to shadow Lia Broderick, Horton’s ex-wife, in case he tries to contact […]
Hooked on this debut mystery book

This is a debut mystery book but it is also a procedural crime book. Instead of the usual alphabet agencies we see in many books, the main character MC is a postal inspector.
One of my first lesbian mystery books, now on Audiobook

Normally, lesbian mystery books have a little bit of love story on the side, but ‘The killing room’ has equal parts of mystery and romance and both remarkably well done.
A great lesbian action book with romance on the side

‘Breathe’ by Cari Hunter is a lesbian action book lighter in the violence and crudeness department while keeping the authenticity of her characters and the critique of the society it describes.
A lesbian thriller book with a romance at the side

‘Double crossed’ by Ali Vali is a mob story with romance at the side and while the ending clearly sets this as just the beginning of a series, I was not crazy about the choices the mains made. However, I will read the next book and accept the premise of the story and enjoy it for what it is, a lesbian thriller book.
Lots of romance in this lesbian action book

‘Breathe’ by Cari Hunter is more a lesbian action book and romance than crime/mystery. For the hardcore mystery readers, this may be a little disappointing but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
