I love this fantasy series.

This is the third book in the epic fantasy series of Arravan. I love this series. The first two books were both 5 stars for me. That’s why even though I liked this book, I was bummed I could not put another full 5 star rating up.
In ‘The pet boutique’ the dog steals the show.

Review of ‘The pet boutique’ by Suzie Carr. Taylor Henshaw is an accomplished bestselling author suffering from writer’s block. To help her find her writing mojo again, her editor sends her to work in a pet shop that needs serious building renovations. While working on the project, Taylor meets Lexie Tanner, an attractive photographer and […]
A blissful read.

Review of ‘Blissfully Blindsided’ by Robin Alexander. Well, this was just another funny and delightful read by Robin Alexander! Caleigh Breaux has just relocated to her grandparent’s town in Southern Louisiana after taking a job at a local company. After her previous job required constant travel and made a relationship impossible, she is ready to […]
‘New ink on life’ is indelible.

Review of ‘New ink on life’ by Jennie Davids. 3.75 Stars. I didn’t really have any expectations going into this book. I don’t have any tattoos but I’ve always been “the support friend” to go and help distract my friends from the pain of theirs. Personally, I’d love to geek out and get a big […]
‘In the palm’ won’t leave you stranded.

Review of ‘In the palm’ by Elna Holst. This was a good read. I have wanted to read something by Holst for a while. When I saw she had written a lesfic novella about being stranded on a deserted island, I knew chances were good I would enjoy this. I’m not sure what it is […]
‘My Lady Lipstick’ by Karin Kallmaker is a glossy & smooth read.
I had not read a Kallmaker book since 2016, so I was excited to get my hands on this one. While I have not read a ton of Kallmaker’s works, every book I have read I have enjoyed. She has been around the lesfic world for a long time and it shows in how well […]
‘In the silences’ by Rachel Gold gets your mind working…
This was a really good YA book. As I’ve mentioned multiple times I can be up and down when it comes to YA books but Gold writes really well. This is the third book I have read by her and all of them have been quality reads. Gold writes about topics that other authors tend […]
I fell for ‘Falling’ by Kris Bryant.
Shaylie Beck is a real state broker on a flight home that goes terribly wrong. When the plane crashes, she is one of the eleven passengers lucky to be alive. In the support group for survivors, she meets Piper Cole, a yoga teacher who lost both her fiancée and her best friend on that flight. […]
Review of ‘Secrets in a small town’ by Nicole Stiling.
3.75 Stars. I thought this was a fun debut. It’s not a perfect read, it had a few issues, but it was really entertaining and exactly the kind of book I needed. For the past week, I have had a house full of family company, including an eight-month-old baby. I love my extended family but […]
